One-Love Photography workshop

Remember that amazing opportunity I blogged about a bitty ago...working with Mrs Sara Allen at One-Love Photography(http://onelove-photo.com/index.html)?  Well, it really is fabulous.  I have learned sooo much from her and being around her shooting and I continue to be so grateful to shoot with her and have her fill my mind with increased motivation and creation:)

We had a workshop last weekend...cutie pie little Cafe Santorini in LA, ahh looved it!  We set up shop in the wood covered loft above the cafe and event hall w/ half exposed rafters and window lights above us, a delicious 3-course menu, built-in plasma w/ creative inspiration, and of course..all of our camera equipment.

We did a small shoot with a bride and groom that Sara had shot late last year at their wedding.
We watched her direction first, then each of us took the lead as everyone else shot behind us...I directed them to do a little bit of their "Dirty Dancing" re-enactment they had told us about doing during their wedding...Well, it was great, and fun...and then the groom ripped a split right down his pants! hahaha whooops..sorry:/ I guess we're real comfortable with each other now!
Oh boy, I wish all couples could be this comfortable, natural, and fun during shoots.
Learned alot, motivation for my future photog goals, aaand here are some of the images of the day!

pockets? in a wedding dress?! aaand its ivory colored?!!! ahh obsessed with this J Crew original.
